Hey lucky non-barebones-GXE owners

I have a completely barebones 95 GXE that I'm trying to upgrade...I picked up the 'security' dash light and I'm wondering if anyone knows how I could wire it up to make it look like it was really hooked up to a security system. Does it just draw 12V straight from the battery when the engine is off? Thanks

No, it blinks... So its not a constant 12V... You could leave it constant but that will probably draw more power and drain your battery faster than the blinking one would... Just get a aftermarket alarm You _could_ probably hook it up to the aftermarket too if you wanted to...

Not exactly sure how the security led is.
