Bose Stereo Problem

Hi, Im new to the board and thought this was the place to come for help.
I own a '95 GLE equipped with the Bose sound system. Recently it has developed an odd problem. The right rear speaker has gone out completely and when listening to the FM tuner all other speakers work correctly. When listening to the CD Player sometimes (usually when making a right turn) the left side goes out all except for some very faint static/distortion. Though, the FM tuner works correctly. After that, at random, it will begin to work fine again.
I know this isnt exactly a car question, just thought someone may have experienced this or know what the cause is.
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions. Ill take some time and dig through all the other informative posts.

sounds like you may have some parts loose either in the speaker or in your deck. It may sound funny but take them both out and shake if you hear nothing rattleing in either one, i'd suggest you swap your left with the right that way if your probelm persists, you'll know if its your speaker or your deck. Troubleshooting these BOSE systems is a pain. Save up and upgrade.
