I CAN'T FIND ANY PICS OF THAT SI BLUE TURBOCHARGED MAXIMA THAT IS GONNA BE IN A MOVIE THAT'S COMING OUT SOON. ANYBODY KNOW WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT? KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND PICS?

 

The movie is called Fast And Furious i believe. I saw a trailer on a Maxima site, which i cant remember off hand.

I tried looking for the car in the trailer, but couldn't find it. Its a blue Max that has some ugly headlight covers. But it is supposed to do some pretty cool spins and stuff in the movie.

 

Its not turbo charged. I think its supercharged. Its the "Art N Motion" maxima .. Craig Leiberman's wife's car.. spoiled )@#*%$)@#*$.

you can see it in the yahoo club's photo album, under stillen day groups.. or, go there this summer, itll probably be there again.

 

It wasn't on the trailor for the movie.

 

Yeah, I know the Max you're talking about. They were doing a promo kinda thing for the movie at the car show in Jacksonville (FL) a few weeks ago, and that was the car they brought. There were "DO NOT TOUCH" signs all over it, and a few people keeping a close eye on it... It was a nice looking car, although the side mirrors were kinda funky...

 

The link to the movie is www.thefastandthefurious.com. I watched the trailer and I didn't see a max. I must have missed it. I'll still go and see it even if there is no Maxima!

But apparently the producer of the movie owns the Max which makes the appearance.

 

yeah, that's what I thought, that the maxima is no there

well, it is

the maxima is blue, it's almost at the end of the movie, you cannot see the whole car, you can see side of the car.

now that we're done w/ that: what you can see

you can see the car behind a guy who's fighting, the hood is open, but.... the hood is like a viper hood, it opens from the grip up instead of the windshield up.


p.s. I like those mirrors, I'm thinking of getting 'em, please let me know what you all think, *you can't see the mirrors I can post 'em later*

That Maxima is now in Atlanta at the NOPI store in Norcross. It is a weird blue color with a body kit, BMW style mirrors, nice rims, lowered, cross drilled rotors, tint, etc. There are ropes around it blocking any person from touching it. All I can say is it was too sweet. I will try to get pics of it over the weekend.

 

i thought the mirrors were porsche teardrop mirrors?

 

the max is supercharged, has a tilt out hood with mesh in the front and exhaust pipes coming out of the side of the car(cobra like) you can see it in the movie doing crazy burnouts. it also has ugly *** graphics on it put on for the movie. the car is sponsered by stillen. its a womens car. craig's wife... hes an a$$...

 

I talked to this guy, his wife drives the car. He's also the onwer of the orange Supra that's in the movie. The Maxima has tilt hood, M3 side mirrors and a few other goodies. It also was at one of the Stillen Meet last year.

Not that many Maximas have there exhaust pipes coming out the side of the car. The owner came
and talked to us when we were racing at E-town last year. He showed us pictures of both his cars and
was very interested in the polished parts I had on my car at the time.

 

You think it would at least have a spoiler and that they would clear out the tails.

 

that he clear out his tail lights. He did think that was a great idea. I hope that the suggestions
we made will show in the up coming year....tail lights and polished engine parts.

It's kinda crappy when you look close, but that was on this bike, I'm not sure if this is what the maxima used for it's headlight covers. It was like a mesh sticker.

those black outs on the front make the car look so ghettooo..i hope it represents in the movie from a power standpoint caus its appearance sure doesent...the kit, color and drop are hot though...

 

On the trailer at the site you can see the max at 1:23, I saw it the first time.

The trailer said the 16th of march awile back then they pushed it up.. i heard its coming out in may..

 

there is another one pic look like the blue maxima. I seen one look like it on maximadriver.com. It was about 3 months ago. It was on the front. Ask cheston if he still have it.

I still have his gf's pic on my desktop screen. I use the pic for my private time.

Yeah Cheston's 2DMax of the year is a supercharged blue Maxima that looks 100 times better than that thing.
