I dont know if this is old news or not but Courtesy Nissan now has the MEVI in stock for sale in the US for $379 includes all hardware and gaskets

I think we need to get past this "install kit" issue that is commonly brought up. All that's needed is a vacuum tank ($10) that can be purchased at any autoparts store, few feet of vaccum line ($3, autoparts store), a used MAP switch that's pretty much used on any 1993+ car (junkyard, $3), some basic wire ($.25), and an rpm switch ($45, Summit Racing or Harlan Engineering). You'd also be wise to change the EGR gasket, IACV gasket, and throttle body gasket on the swap. The gaskets should run you about $20 from Nissan. Any person can source these parts within a day for total price of about $80.
