Quick ? about maxima.org stickers

I purchased one of the small window stickers and went to apply it on my window and had a problem. I peeled away the "masking tape" looking side, think the sticker was a static sticker. Upon doing this, some of the letters came off on it, but not many. I pieced them back onto the clear part and later realized it wouldn't stick to the window.

How does this sticker afix to a window? Outside? Inside? Which part do I peel off. I feel dumb asking these ?'s but cannot figure out how to apply it. I have applied many decals before and never had problems. Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

How do you apply them then? Once again, sorry for asking what seems to be a dumb question, but I don't know where I went wrong.

1. place the entire decal on the location you want it to be
2. grab your credit card/safeway card/costco card or whatever card and press it across the decal surface
3. wait
4. wait longer
5. bust out your card again and press it across the decal surafce
6. wait wait wait!
7. okie now, slowly remove the white sticky thing from the top corner, work your way across the decal without too much force. i
8. if one of the letter happens to stay on the sticker, press the decal back and make sure it stays on the window, then work your way across the entire decal.
9. enjoy your rice and be proud!

Thanks for the instructions. However what do you mean by rice? I am just advertising for the site because it has helped me out with multiple problems/questions. To me rice is putting a huge aluminum spoiler on a cavalier, or a 4" tip on a stock muffler, or to compare to this, a huge MAXIMA sticker on the windshield. Like I didn't know by looking at the car that it was a maxima.

Anyway, thanks

haha...anything can be rice modding anything on maxima itself is rice cuz it's meant to be a family sedan, not sports car, yet people won't admit it so they add intake y-pipe UDP and still run 14s, and then they put a turbo and they can only run low 12s (horrible horrible number!), which defeats the purpose of a smooth FWD 3000lbs+ reliable family sedan.

well...i said that cuz my friend's mr2 run low 11s all day, other friend's crx with LS/vtec swap turbo + nitrous run 10s, supras turbo doing 800+rwhp run 10s, etc.

j/k maxima is a great car. i enjoy driving and modding for the last 18 months

take a spray bottle and fill it with some dish washing soap, and water. shake it up. then go outside and spray your window with it.

then peel off the end of the decal that covers the stick side of the lettering and stick on your window.

the soapy water will allow you to move the decal all over the window, and will give you more than plenty of time to line it up how you like.

then just let it sit there for a while. as the window starts to dry the lettering will also.

as things start to dry, peel off the back paper, if some of the letters dont want to stick due to the moisture, wipe each little spot to dry then ease each letter back down on the window.

master this and you will become an expert
