My frined knows how do do it, he said buy some plexi-glass type stuff, and drill holes to put switches in. Hes doing mine, but mine are gonna be in the big slot right under the stock head unit. Its gonna SOOO pimp ill just pull down the compartment door, and have my neon switches right there....

After hearing your idea of the ash try for switches, i decided that im going to put mine there. Like i said about, you have to take out the metal piece (the tray), and buy some plexi-glass material, cut it to fit in the ash tray, and glue it in. But before you glue it in you must drill holes to lay the switches in. Then get the wires to get into the ash tray, and your hooked up.
