Hard Shifts when warmed up

I have noticed that it gets really difficult to shift into gears once the car has warmed up and i have driven it for a while. I have an ACT clutch, a B&M STS and MT90 transmission oil. It drove fine after i put the B&M but this has started to happen recently.

Now i know that auto's have transmission coolers, do manuals have any options as far a transmission cooling?

Or could this be a different problem?

I really don’t want to give up the STS but it gets really annoying when you cant shift.

thats weird cause my car is the opposite, stiff and hard to get into gear when cold but when the car warms up its fine. Are you leaking any tranny fluid by anychance or anything like that? you ACT could be giving on you too. Not sure.

the clutch is fine as far as i can tell. Im thinking i might have a tranny leak, but with all the snow this week i havent been able to jack the car up to take a look, but ill have to this weekend.

Il just worried it might be something else.
