On my way home on Flatlands Ave. (in Brooklyn NYC) and some guy in a 99 Diamante, zooms by me as I attempt to make a turn from the intersection. So I see him moving at a nice clip so I decide to follow. He hits the gas and I was cruising in 4th. The light up ahead goes red and we mutually agree to take a run at it see whos really got it. I had half car lenght on him after a rolling start (in 1st). Chirped at the top of first, chirped into second and left that m*tha watchin my tail lights get smaller. It was so bad he gave up.

Another one bites the dust.

96 Maxima SE 5speed. Bone stock (except for a free set of Bendix Carbon metallic pads for the front).

 

My friend has a 96 Acura legend and we recently went at it. Both cars are automatic, but I think the legend has more hp(not sure though) so I thought he would take me. First from about 50mph I pulled away no problem, then from a stop light, the light turned green we both left the light with a little tire spin but thats the last I saw him, by about 60 had at least 3-4 car lenghts and just kept pulling away.

 

I hardly see any other maxima. Let me know maybe we can hook up one of these days.
