Stainless Steel Clutch Hose?

Does anyone have a SS clutch hose? My clutch hose is leaking and needs replaced, and I was wondering if I could somehow use SS instead of the regular rubber hose...good idea or bad idea?

I dont know either, I've been looking for the same thing.

hmm sounds like a good idea, then weather wouldn't affect it.. let me see if i can find anything .... hmm ... can't find much, but i e-mails sgp racing who carries sst lines for z's and i'll let you guys know what they say

I found these SS clutch lines for the Z cars...

What does SPL stand for? They make SS clutch lines for the 90's Z cars...

Thanks Nismos14; you rock! Remember that there are two hoses on the clutch line; they're separated by some metal connection that I wish I knew the name of...
