CAI-prove my friend wrong

My friend says that my ebay CAI and K&N filter is just sound with no power, but the AEM one that he is going to get is all power and all sound. Please respond to this to prove to him that all CAI's do the exact same thing and you are just paying for looks. I am going to show him this thread.

Thanks

well ask your friend if his intake and magically alter the air that enters it...dindt think so...all it does it intake the air, and the filter does what its supposed to, the more air the more power, but theres obviously a point of diminishing returns, they all do the same thing, cold air is cold air it doenst just change after it enters an intake

lol thats what i want to do with my injen clone CAI, anyone know if injen will mail me some stickers, i was gona tell them i didnt recieve any with my intake when i purchased it ;-), i believe all intakes are basicly the same +/- maybe like 1 or 2 HP. as long as you get a good filter the pipes should pretty much be tha same right? i dont believe the hype about brand names. I mean i dont let anyone look under my hood anyway so who cares if my intake says injen, or aem or sh;tty Mc'sh;tters intake inc.
