Adjustable Air/Fuel

I want to be able to somewhat override the ecu air/fuel mixture ratio with the flip of a switch and the use of a potetiometer. The mixture is set by the ****, but I have a few questions. I heard of this being done to the water temp sensor with best results, but does anyone know the exact wires and such to tap into? Thanks

I know there is products like that but they cost a lot of money and do the same thing that a potentiometer would do for only like $5 and a little bit of custom work

A potentiometer is not going to allow you to make adjustments based on rpm, like the SAFC will.

Also, a pot will only send 1 ohm signal per setting. Unless you constantly have your hand on the **** adjusting the signal maybe 10x per second(provided you know what your a/f is in real time), I seriously doubt you can do anything close to what the oem 02 can do. Provided you don't run into a tree
