power seats stuck need help

I have a quick story. My cd changer remote fell under my seat so I moved it forward to get the remote. I forgot my cd holder was under the seat so I pulled it out and got the remote. Now at this time my seat is all the way up to the steering wheel so I try to move the seat back but one side was moving. Now my seat is up to the steering wheel and can't move back, all this happen in the parking lot at work. I'm 6'5" and it was a comfortable ride home.. Now everyone got their laugh on...My question is if I remove the seat can I slide the seat back until I can replace the motor? Could someone reply soon cause I don't want to drive to work like that on Monday...

Check to make sure nothing is in the seat rails. Sounds like a wire is caught on one side.
