Help! Spark plug removal gone bad!

It was a pretty nice day today so I decided to change out the plugs. The first five was pretty easy to remove. The last one closest to the driver side and the rear of the engine gave me the biggest headache. Actually, it's still in there.
When I removed the coil pack I've noticed that the rubber boot was still stuck on the plug. I got so frustrated after spending much time trying to get that damn boot out. The sun was setting and it was getting kinda dark so I had to give up. Has anyone encountered the same problem and how did you get that rubber piece out? It really sucks when you are that close to completing the job.

Thanks for the replies. Never thought of using Krazy glue. I'll try it tomorrow if it doesn't rain.

damn thats strange, ive never heard of that happening. was this before or after unscrewing rhe plug. i know some people unscrew the plug and then insert the coil pack to grip the plug out. i have some long needle nose pliars that would be perfect, very long and narrow. i got it at sears and it is craftsman so if all else fails you might want to go pick one up.
I jus removed my plugs today since they were gapped wrong by my idiot friend. i was getting alot of backfiring and bad mileage...hesitation...hard starts... so bascly make sure your plugs are gapped properly so you dont have any problems. good luck man hope everything goes well 4 ya.

super glue didn't work for me. Ended up making a thing like this out of an old clothing hanger. It came out within a minute. Oh yah...like my 5 sec drawing!

I use a small length of clear flexible tubing ( 1/4 in or so). I catch the top of the spark plug with it. This tubing is also very handy to start the thread when replacing plugs; it eliminates risk of cross-threading the plugs.

You guys do realize they make spark plug sockets with an internal rubber seal to grab the plug

Using a coat hanger I fashioned a small loop at one end with pliers so that it snags the top of the rubber boot. I've added this to my tool box collection in case it happens again the next time.
