test pipe

ok were i am from we dont have emisions and i was looking to put a test pipe on my car will it make my exhaust louder and how much i dont want it though loud http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2470309030 that is the one i am looking at

A test pipe is just about the easiest way to throw away money. It's raspy, hello v6 civic, has bad emissions, and it takes away power. I'm pretty sure I remember you asking this question already some time ago.
