Shift knob removal .. Grrrr!

Shift **** removal .. Grrrr!

Ok, how does this POS come off? Does it just unscrew, do I have to cut it, what's the deal here? It won't budge!

it unscrews, but there is glue on the threads, you gotta twist it REAL hard, i recommend a strap wrench with a cloth underneat
