Which would you buy first, HIDs or 1-piece cefiro

Both are available for about the same price. The lights (housings, which are stock) that I have now are not too bad on the eyes, and the bulbs don't do too badly, but I want HIDs and 1-piece Cefiro lights. The pocket (and the wife) don't think that both are appropriate, at least not now.

Which would you guys do first? I am leaning toward HIDs, but if I get 9004 HIDs thay cannot be transferred over to the Cefiro housings...

The car is a 97 I30t...

Well, if your planning on doing both at some point, get the One Piece headlights first then get the appropriate HID kit that fits in that housing? Seems simple to me.

Get cefiros, thats what im doing right now. Im gonna buy the cefiros first, then get HIDs. Otherwise youll end up doing what i did, buying the hids first, having to sell them, and now buying cefiros and going to save for HIDs.

That is what I say too. If you are going to do both, just buy the cefiros and then later get the HID kit. That way, you don't have to back track.

Get the HID's now. You can sell the HID's when you have the money to buy the Cefiro lights and get HID's to fit them. In the meanwhile you will be able to see great now.

I am HOPING to do both, but I am not sure if that will materialize or not. Astecically, the cefiros look better, but it is not THAT monumental of a difference. The HIDs would be nice now, but I suppose that if I plan on keeping the car for a while (the plan as of now), I should do the 1-peice now and then do HID down the road.

That is, unless a cheap set of HIDs cross my path w/ the 9004 fittings.
