Didn't see any posting of the power it made after the install. Did you dyno it before and after the install. Do you think it's worth having the full setup instead of just the y-pipe? I already have the Stillen y-pipe but if it's just another 2 hp more then i'll just skip it cause i heard that it's a bit_h!! to remove the rear exhaust manifold.

What makes you think they're not functional?
It's hyperground, It sorta helps, my headlights don't dim anymore, I also kinda like the fact it dresses the engine bay up a bit, obviously I have a red theme goin.

ive heard things about performance, but im not going to try and say it made my car faster...

It only takes a 3-4 wires to completely and effectively ground all of the needed points. It looks like some of them are grounded on your upper manifold,TB and strut tower and other places that have no purpose. Shoot me a PM and I'll tell you why I'm saying this so we don't ***** the thread.

You guys. I see that several of you have done this but one of the easiest ways to clean up an engine bay is removing all the d@mn warning labels. Works wonders, so does water, rag and elbow grease but Ceasar, I'm gonna try your method. This is slightly old. My strut towers are now body color and clearcoated.

sweet plurco, so you're the one with the "no-headlight ram intake", I remember seeing it before on here somewhere, how does that work? do you use a regular cone filter? Thats awesome when its ram air

you mean what havent i done to a cutlass??

i own 3.

here are pics of two of them...

the white '79 which is seen in the background of the pic...

did ALL the work to this one when i was 16. needed a project car, which i have since outgrown, but still have it sitting in the garage. shaved EVERYTHING, custom bumpers, interior, air ride yada yada. small block chevy 350 making 300hp. car is a lead sled and could only muster a 14.4 @ 92, 8 years ago!

another of mine is an '87...

swapped in another 350 making around ~350hp. eibach suspension, poly bushings, nice borla exhaust (tailpipes are unsightly though) and 17in. torq-thrust II wheels. this car is in mint condition. i drive this or my ford f-150 when i have the maxima down for any reason.

i have been working on GM's since i was 16. i love the refinement of my maxima, but i will be back to the GM muscle when i get older in age and need some projects.
