suspension installed...PICS

I finally got my suspension installed. My dad, uncle and I finished it last night. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be, just took a while to do it. I installed tokico illumina struts, eibach springs, and I replaced the brake pads and rotors. My uncle has a lift in his garage, so we used that and just lifted the car up and used his air ratchet to do everything. It was our first suspension, so we took our time making sure we did everything right. So today my friend who owns a 3000gt came over and we cleaned up the cars after easter dinner and I got a couple pictures. Tell me what you think. Thanks

WARNING: large pictures

Also if anyone has tokico illuminas, what are the best settings to use? And what setting is harsher 1 or 5?

The drop looks kind of high are you sure you installed the eibach springs?

j/k I'm playing. The springs like eibach and H&R usually ride high but eliminate the 4x4 look. How's the ride? Are you comfortable in the height and driviblity??

if the links don't work, just try refreshing. the ride isn't as low as i hoped for, but i think they look good. i wanted stiff springs for performance. I think I might switch to tein s this summer to go for a lower drop.

Its kinda the same here... i was looking at the Illumina/Eibach combo but that heights a lil too hi... It just good to see them installed so that I know what to look for. I was thinking of the tokico performance springs from Custom maxima. I think It might be a lil lower, but I love the Eibach name and testing behind them. Its a hard choice but I think Im going Tokico/Tokico... I have a white Max aswell and your ride is real clean... Looks great

I love the ride, but like I said, I wish they were a little lower. And it seems they are a little uneven right now. But the springs should settle and even out. But I'd def say go for them. You'll love them.

Im kinda set with the tokico springs but hummm... Eibach is making me think a little... I like the name behind Eibach yet Tokico is more in my buget??? I cant decide... I heard Eibach had that stiffer ride and I love performance... But to lose in that lower look of the tokico??? I'll just go crazy deciding

I just got H&R/Illuminas installed, and they kick ***, the H&Rs are still pretty soft and the drop isnt that much, so there's still some wheel gap, but at least i dunt have any problems with bottoming out thankfully! ive been messin around with the setting for a few days and i think i like setting 4 the best. Maybe 4 combined with the Eibachs would be too harsh, but with the H&Rs its just rite Gotta take out the trunk carpeting to change the rear setting though

eibach is the way to go! I don't have to worry about grounding out and other bull**** like that when I go over speed bumps. It is noticably lower than before and I think it sits just abotu right. Hell, it's perfect for a maxima w/ a body kit.

IMO eibach is a waste of money. doesnt even give u a lowered look. but that might've not been what u were looking for.

It's not that bad dude.

It's better than a ****ty ride / grounding out.

eibach on STOCK SE struts. The most practical drop IMO. It IS noticable, and the ride is perfect. I can see how an all-show and no-go kind of person would need something lower.
