How do you fit Apex WS cat-back on '97?

I read a thread about this once, but I can't seem to find it now. I know I have to make a new hole for the o2 sensor on the B-pipe, but is there anything else I have to do in order to make it fit my '97? Thanks for the help.

the only thing i did was get the hole on the b pipe like you said. the muffler sometimes rattles and hits the towing hitch on the back but that is only 2 bolts to take that off. some people dont like how the muffler and tip is set back some but i like the looks of it.

Another easy way to fix the o2 hole is get a 95-96 cat which has the o2 bung in it. The 97-99 rear bumper is a few inches longer so the tip wont be sticking out. Other then these 2 things it will fit 100%.
