URGENT! nissan dealer overcharging for brake caliper!

the nisssan dealer was calling my dad...first about how they had to resurface the calipers...then they called again and said the rear right caliper is broken..and needs to be replaced..for $300! isn't that a ripoff? i need an immediate answer because i'm not really sure how much brake parts go for...

is the big brake kit still available?

Calipers are not resurfaced. Rotors are.

I'll give price information and explain how I got it. In the future you will get fast answers by doing your own online lookup.
