Skyline Altezza mod template

Well basically my friend is a computer design major and said that instead of painting my Gen 1 altezzas to look like the skyline lights, he can make me a glossy sticker that would go over the light and look identical to paint for a fraction of the cost and it would be a hell of alot easier. He said for a perfect fit that he would need a template of the tail light. I was wondering if someone could make me a template for the Gen 1 altezzas. He said that he had trouble doing it so i would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me. Thanx

Why dont you try it? Get some Duct tape maybe (100000's of uses) and cover the alturda with it, cut out the outline with a sharp blade, start in the center to get the circles cut out, or better just shape around them with the tape.

Ever see American Chopper, everything original starts out as a piece of cardboard taped into shape!

Im sure you could have vinyl cut from a template to fit, and Im sure most paints could be matched but good luck on matching the 3 stage pearl with a vinyl sticker.
Also, it may be kind of hard to keep wrinkles out of the one piece decal once you start to wrap around the tailight.
Your best bet is just to have them painted.
