WarpSpeed CAI is finished

We have finished the prototyping. The order is in for both 95-96 and 97-99.Wev will be making them in several colors. Dallas said he would post the pics from the shop. The 2 guys who have the prototypes on have loved it so far. I think they look good, but people tend not to believe the manufacturer.I have asked Jean-Noel and Thang to post their evaluations, but so far I haven't seen it. We will be getting them powder coated next week. Will post when we have them ready to sell. If you are interested in a certain color call or e-mail Dallas at WarpSpeedPerformance.com. Some pics of 3rd gen already there.

Warpspeed

Hi fellas!
I was fortunate to donate my car (97) for the CAI prototype for 97-99. Prior to that I have a homemade stillen type of intake. The following are some of my feedbacks:
- The intake is less loud than my previous intake.
- I can definitely tell that I have more lower and mid rpm range power compare to the previous intake, which is what I want since I do not want to be racing my engine all the time. The bottom line is that I gain low and mid-end power.
- The design is well done. Only has one major mandrel bent. So the flow of the air is not too much disturb.
- So far I had no issue with water (in one week) with the little rain we have here in Minneapolis.
- The intake is seating very firm and does not rattle or move.
- The tubing itself appears to be cool after constant driving.
All together I am please with the intake
As for price, color and availability, check with DAN 93 at warpspeed.
Until then, enjoy the ride.

I bought the JWT cone intake. It seems to be the same as the stealin' intake, but it is about $80 american dollars cheaper. Ben at JWT sold it to me for 120 plus 10 for shipping.
