Off sets has me upset

Off sets has me upset
I just sold one of my cars and I am going to put some money into my 96 Max, I thought a 2in drop was in order and a new set of 16s or 18s.
I am unsure what the bolt pattern is and the off set that I should be looking for when looking at rims.
Anyone help me out on this.
