will a skyline chip work

I wanted to know if anyone knows if a skyline chip would fit and add more horsepower to my 1996 Max.

But no man, a skyline chip will not work on your maxima.

You would be better of buying a 'chip' off eBay for a maxima that magically signals the elvs in your engine to pump out 20+ horses just like that! it really works! trust me...... no really.....

Yes, they work. I have that chip on my car. Car dyno'ed 30hp/40lbft improvement.

that's like trying to put a 9 volt battery in place of a AA... it won't match up. therefore the car wont run right if it does at all...

2) can i add a 5th gen maxima 6 speed tranny.
3) whats the best intake for my max

did you know that maxima's can also use the chip from a ford mustang gtmuggs? i don't know what logic was used in that when they made the 2 cars. wow I think it was planned
