Brembo Sport slotted brake rotors
hey can someone verify that the dimensions of these brembo slotted rotors are the same as the oem rotors ?
from tirerack website:
Brembo Sport slotted brake rotors match the vehicle’s original equipment rotor’s dimensions and are fully compatible with its hubs, brake calipers and road wheels.
I belive the stock oem rotor is 10.8 inches in diameter. Can anyone help me out ?
Also if you have the brembo slotted rotors let me know what you think.

i have brembo x-drilled rotors. the diameter is the same. i lost the picture that i posted at your forum awhile ago...but yea they are just basically replacement rotors. the braking distance DOES decrease with 4 of these rotors on my max. so it works

I have Brembo's on my Maxima & they work great. When I first opened the box I was trippin because they looked alot bigger then the stock rotors, but they are the same. If your thinking about buying the Brembo's of of ebay I suggest you think twice. I have heard bad story's about them being knock off's. I picked mine up from Stillen for $325.00 plus shipping. That was for all 4 & included the pad's also. I was suprized because they only took 2 days to get here (CA). I haven't had any problems with them & my car deffinitly stop's alot sooner. I'm guessing here, but I'd have to say from 60-0 about 40ft. sooner then the stock brakes. What your going to instantly notice is the intial bite of the brakes. They grip alot better & the weight transfer of the vehicle is alot quicker & smoother. Just make sure you brake them in exactly how the manufacturer recommends so they don't glaze over. Another thing I wanted to tell you is not to worry if you feel any brake jutter after they are installed. This is normal while the gold cadium plating is wearing off. My took about 2 weeks to completely wear off & seat correctly, but I don't drive to much. You will also notice that as more of the plating wears off the braking improves. Have fun & enjoy the new brakes.

also, if you are planning to do a lot of heavy braking, i suggest slotted rotors, not cross/drilled. cuz in the long run, cross drilled rotors may crack under aggressive braking condition. slotted rotors won't have that problem.
for street use, i think x-drilled rotors are great for show and regular braking.
