Evap Codes

Hey guys, I just figured out what code the CEL was actually throwing. Apparently its the EVAP Canister vent control valve. I was wondering if this is a fairly easy fix? Also, would this interfere with my performance at all, because my car still feels kinda sluggish at times and I keep hearing strange noises when I accelerate hard. Any info would help.
thanks!

yes its simple... buy a new evap canister vent valve and new evap charcoal canister at a nissan dealer...will cost about 80 bucks. if you car is a 98 then it is underneath/behind the rear driver wheel well. remove a few screws/bolts and a few hoses and just replace. takes like 30 mins. you might want to jack up the *** end to make it easier to get to
