Drop Resistor Write Up

Hey Guys....

My friend has a 97 max and wants to do the drop resistor mod I told him about. Is there a write up that tells us how to wire it up to a switch?

Thanks for the help!

ok thats complicated....

So I need to cut one wire and run it to the ACC on a 12v switch?

So when the switch is on, the resistor is operating normally and when the switch is off (no power) it will do the drop resistor mod?

Cut one wire and connect a new wire to each end and run both to a switch. Yes it works when turned off only because its normally connected.

A WOT switch is much better because you cannot use it at part throttle which is really harsh and not recommended.
