Ok I'm gonna get a 97 SE 5spd. I don't want to overly modify it like I did my last car. I've driven and rode in a stock GLE and love the ride, smoothness, quietness, etc.

By adding the CAI, YPipe, Exhaust how much louder, unsmoother is the car. How much faster is it?

With the Tokico's and springs how's the ride compare to stock?

Thanks!

With Tokico and H&R springs, your ride will still deteriorate considerably from stock. The H&R/Tokico is the more "compliant" (not soft) combination for the best ride, but there's really no way to increase performance with springs/shocks without ruining the ride.

If you want to preserve the ride, get the FSTB (front strut tower bar) and RSB (rear sway bar) first. They improve handling tremendously.

Keep the stock muffler if you want quiet

or a y2k muffler... Others tend to be loud.
