Need help with 95 to 97-99 conversion

Ok I came into some money recently, and after a bad dyno test (and the decision to buy a motorcycle) i decided to tune the max more towards looks than speed and to start i'm going to do a full 95 to 97+ converstion (well almost full) and i wanted to get a list of parts i'm going to need. I already have some idea and my list is below if anyone has anything to add or links to an faq on this lemmie know.

I'm going to need....

Interior:
center console with cup holders (mmmmm cupholders!)
Thats pretty much all i'm concerned about in the interior right now... Besides that i know they have different steering wheels but i don't care about that...

Exterior:
Front bumper
Front Grille
headlights (are those necessary for the conversion or will the 95's fit?)

Tail lights
Trunk

Thats all i can think of. If theres anything else feel free to chime in, i'll post before and after pics when all is done. I'm also going to get a new paint job 2.

i have a few pics of a 95-97 conversion... on home page..95 headligths will fit.. it will look out of place to a maxima owner.. no one else will know the difference.

make sure u get a non chromed grill.. chrome is ugly. IMO.

All you need is the bumper cover and a grill.
Your headlights will be fine fitment wise, and unless you really need the clearer look of the 97-99's the 95-96's look ok. The 95-96 headlights are glass, the 97-99 units are plastic, one thing to consider.

I would also change the back bumper. Has a little more style to it.
