Tar removal?

I am a when it comes to tar removal


Before i start ripping my car apart even further, are there any down sides to removing the tar in the car?

Also where exactly can I find Tar and what does it look liek?

In the car or on the car?
If it is on the outside, you can get some stuff that removes it. You just have to be careful with it.
Also, if the tar is not really old, you can just get a bug scrubber sponge at walmart for like $1 and scrub lightly on it until it comes off. Usually works for me.

I think he is talkting about taking the tar underneith the panels and the such. Like the sound deadening tar- Am I right? This is a weight loss issue? I dont know how to go about it, but just wanted to clarify for you- if i didn't im sorry. I am actually looking to put more for a sound quality stereo install. Good luck

Yes, I am looking to take out some tra to decrease weight of the car. Can someone please help me on this.
