Yeah, I am considering removing mine too. I think you just grab an edge and peel it off. If it is a tape pinstripe, that is. It might come off in many small pieces but it should peel off pretty easy once you get started.

IT's all about the hair dryer for this. Heat and peel

Use a hair dryer/heat gun and a small plastic scraper or old credit card to help with the small pieces. Glue will come off with rubbing alcohol. If it's painted on, go to a sign shop and have them remove it with xylene or "stripe remover" ( I have no idea what it's made out of, but sign shops and detailers seem to have it around and it works pretty well).

Park the car in direct sunlight and do that side, then turn the car, wait, and do the other side. Even if you are using a hair dryer, this will soften the adhesive in advance and make it much easier.

I did mine using a hairdryer and after a quick learning curve I was taking them off in whole pieces. The whole car took like 10 mins. I debadged my car at the same time using fishing line and hair dryer. I then used goop-off and finally a light rubbing compound/wax. Now you can't even see where anything was. It's a cinch...
