check your throttle body/cable and move things around with your hands...everything should move smoothly and snap back into place after you take tension off.
also take off your intake piping and check around the butterfly valve(hopefully there isnt something there that is big enough to keep the valve from opening/closing smoothly..b/c that would mean it got past your filter.) good luck

oh i forgot to tell you that i had the same problem..and my issue was actually from my intake..the bolt on the hose clamp was touching the (whatever you call that cable assembly on the left of the throtte body) just slightly that make the throttle stick
