Changed plugs - too lean?? (pics)

Just changed the plugs at 56k miles, don't know if these were the originals or not, I assume they are. Anyway just wondering if the engine is running too lean or if there is anything to worry about here? If so is there anything that can be done other than an AFC?

That doesn't look to bad. Do you have the jwt ecu or anything like that?

If it was running lean the the plugs would be WHITE on the electrodes right? O2 sensors probably.

The pics don't really do it justice- I saw the plugs in person and the back ones had a whitish-grey tint to them with faint speckles of grey as well.. detonation?

Well that would explain the random CEL I throw once and a while... 0702 or 0703, can't remember off hand. Time to break out the multimeter.
