I chose No. 4............."No, it will ruin the interior look of the car"

I think the black interior is hard to beat. I don't think adding a lot of rice aluminum beats it especially. Mine is black leather interior, and I love that my dash is all black. Everything in my car is black, and it looks sexy.

That choice is totally up to you! You obviously like it else you wouldn't have forked out the cash. So go for it. Where did you buy it? I've been considering e-bay for one, but I'm concerned on the quality, has anyone bought an e-bay aluminum dash?

Yea ebay...i dunno...it looks kinda cheap is what I'm worried about...i thought it would look different; a flatter look but it is almost a bubble type thing. Nice gauges...what kinda lights do you use to get that color and did you have to change the needle?

i have 108000 on my car -_-

The reason why I wanted to get a dash kit is because my cars interior is hard to keep up with....the places where the kit goes it a smooth black and it always has visable finger prints or smudges which armor all doesn't take off.....IM TORN!!!

Anything other than black makes it look horrible and ricey, keep what you have! Spend the money you spent on this dash kit on something else which makes your car go faster instead of look worse, u will be more happy and impressed.

I like OEM black trim. I think aluminium stands out way too much on an all black interior. If I was going to get a dash kit, it would either be a nice dark, rich wood (to keep it classy) or real carbon-fibre (to make it sporty).

I don't think I'd say it ruins the interior look, but speaking with the bias of someone who has a black on black SE, I love the look of having an all black dash. No nonsense, classy, and like he said above "sexy".

The aluminum might be okay, but think how much better a carbon fiber kit would look on the black dash and interior ...

heres an option... buy another oem dash and put the kit on that one so you will have both...

for some this may be ridiculus, but it you will never get tired of just one!

LOL actually that sounds good but that is like $500 or more...-_-

I did the kit and it looks nice.....a big change but ill get used to it. I would actually recommend it...easier to keep up with and clean.

i have it and i love it. You can check my homepage for pics. I guess u just gotta look at pics and tell yourself if u like that style or not. But i dont think anything complements black interior better than aluminum. chrome isnt bad either but aluminum just looks....natural

just look at pics of arrafios old max. He had black interrior with a sweet brushed aluminum set up. Personally i like brushed aluminum cause it looks clean where as wood is just ugly and carbon fiber makes me dizzy to look at it. Just my opinion, but arrafio had probably the sickest interrior ive ever seen in a max.

i painted mine with duplia color wheel paint. Looks fine to me. I had wood trim on my other max and eww, made me feel like an old man in a caddy. I would like to get CF but its very pricey.

Its your car so do what you like. If you like aluminum then go for it.
