Tire decision

I am looking for tires for my 96 maxima GXE. Debating between GoodYear Regatta T and Bridgestone Potenza H. Basically I am looking for long life from my tires. As long as road handling/driving in curves is not significantly compromised it is ok. If I go for a T rated tire am I going to see considerable diminution in performance when it rains/on curves, highway speeds in the mid 80s ,90s etc. From a day-to-day driving point of view what are the pros and cons of H and T rated tires.

I'd look at the BF Goodrich Traction T speed rated tire, or the Yokohoma Aegis or whatever the latest tire by CR is that is good rated, plus inexpensive in your neck of the woods.

BF Goodrich are not usually all that inexpensive.

I had some good life out of some Potenzas a while back.
I got like 70k miles out of them.
