I Did It! (Pics)

My first mod! Started at about 7pm this evening and have just finished (12am) Had a trip to Advanced Auto parts & Lowes somewhere in there though!

Car sounds awesome now! Major kudos to all you guys here for helping me out and answering my dumb questions, and extra thanks to BrianV & Daniel Richards for their How To's...

If anyone's interested, I took some pictures along the way, but not many, I was too busy enjoying myself!

Cheers

Hmm. Looks pretty ghetto. But nevertheless I bet it didn't cost you much

Errr... Thanks, I think

Well yeah it does, and no it didn't, but this is my first step into modding cars... I'd only ever changed a battery before....

But anyway, once I'm a little more seasoned I'm sure I'll replace it with something more upmarket

looks good, i woulda taken that barcode sticker off tho. it could look alot better with a quick spray of black paint. once that filter gets dirty replace it with a better quality filter and make sure it isnt yellow.lol. good job tho and save those pants, condider them your new medals of honor. i have a shirt i always wear when i work on my car and it is drenched in engine coolant, motor oil, grease, wd40, and more importantly my blood sweat and tears. and yes i do wash it......sometimes

Gallery looks like fireworks / dreamweaver.

GJ on the intake. A dremel and 90 seconds worth of work would have yielded same results, but kudos.

Ghetto mods rule! There's nothing like designing/building cheap parts yourself!
