I can't find the page on how to take the back bench apart.. does someone have it?

 

Did you actually get in the back seat and try to figure it out yourself? If you did and still don't know, I'd suggest paying someone to do it. It's about the easiest thing you can do, all you need is a ratchet and 2 or 3 sockets.
