UPDATE::::He turned off his email and is receiving no more emails from anyone....96shogunmax wants to help me but sais he wants to sell his JWT-ECU for money so he can save up for a S/C that he wants to buy and if he sends me the ECU, he wont have moeny for the S/C

He is 96shogunmax (AKA Wayne Reichert's) Couzin...When I was inbetween buying this from this kid or not, 96shogunmax told me to go ahead and buy it from him..."he is my best friend, very nice guy, I went to college with him"...This was after countless PM's to 96shogun asking him if i should buy it or not....After I got ripped off he opened up to me that hes his couzin...
Im starting to wonder if 96shogunamx is really this guy....two of the same guys

Backround About Deal:

I sent $525 to this member for a JWT-ECU and it was signed for on Feb 11th 2004 with a Return Reciept from the post office and the Money Order was cashed on Feb 13th according to the Post office...

Every time he emials me he sais hes waiting for the computer from a junkyard and to be patient and I keep giving him the benifit of the dought...

I am lost on what to do....

This totally sucks. I hope that you either get your money back or your ECU soon.

I had a problem with a guy on Ebay, who sent me what I bid on. The problem was that it was NOT in perfect operating condition, as it was described on the auction page (It was an Alpine CDA-7949 cd player). I got some money from Ebay and sold the unit, and I explained all of the problems on the auction page. I was upfront and told them exactly what Alpine tolde me the unit needed to be good operable again. With my case the outcome was good, but a pain. At least the guy was kicked off. He told me that he would pay me a visit soon, have not seen him though .

well if you mailed it to him through the mail you can go after him for mail fraud. This is because the transaction was done thorugh the mail. NOw that is a federal crime= huge trouble for him. Also contact the police in the area you ship it to and tell them the situation. They should go pay him a visit. then maybe hell be a little more willing to send you that ecu. let us know what happens.
