Timing Chain Tensioner Issue, More info needed.

Hi;

I've read everything I could find on search in regard to the timing chain tensioner.

Has anyone gotten the Nissan Dealer to replace just the timing chain tensioner itself without also changing the chains, sprockets and timing chain guides?

If anyone has done this, about how much did it cost from the dealer service department?

I read a great deal about several .org members who removed this tensioner themselves and had good luck.

Anybody who replaced this have any problems that need to be reported now?

Thanks,
