When i try to start my engine after letting it sit for a while sometimes it trys to start and then just shuts off. I have a brand new fuel filter and new plugs (not ngk) I'm wondering what it could be from and if it is hindering my performance as well.

could it be related to a pcm fault? cuz i got a code that says my pcm is malfunctioning
