Lately I've been cold-started my car in the mornings and when I turn the key to start the car, the cranking is very weak & slow, almost like the battery is dead, it seems to start but won't turn over, takes about 2 -3 tries to get it running on a cold start, I even have to press the gas pedal down a little to get it going and that usually does the trick. SES light is not on after startup. When the car is warmed up I have no problems w/ starting. Could the battery be going bad or is this a problem w/ the fuel system?

anyone????

I would run your car to autozone or someplace that offers free battery load testing, just so your sure the battery is good.

battery is a piece...get a new one

simple fix. I would start with cleaning out the throttle body and would also clean out the air-filter.
How the clean the throttle body is covered in one of the stickys.. |
check your starter!same symptoms as i had
I went out and bought another battery and it ended up being the starter. Good luck |
grease the starter
