UDP question
I was just reading the Motorvate udp analysis and it says about 75% of the HP gains are due to reduced weight while only 25% is due to the decreased size. If this is true, why not make a pulley that is lighter but the same size? Wouldn't this make it so the alternator could have the same output, but give a gain of 3.75-6 HP? Just seems like alot of people would go for this who wouldn't want the decreased power output of the UDP. Anybody know any reason this wouldn't work?

considering all 4 pullys for a stang underdrived are 70$ and our one underdrive crank pully is somethin glike 200+ with minimal gains id say its a crock of **** and a rip off, bet you custom maxim apays like 80$ for theirs and marks it up like the other guys
