CEL after IACV cleaning and seafoam??

Today I cleaned the IACV and noticed that the idle of the car was abnormally low around 500, then would jump to 700 then back down.

Minutes later I ran seafoam through the brake booster line, the crankcase, and the gastank.

As I parked the car after the smoke stopped coming out of the exhaust, the CEL came on. Curious, I pulled either a 0203 or a 0302 (whoops I forgot which one) code which means EGR System Hi/Low Flow or Closed Throttle Position Switch.

I reset the CEL and now the light stays off although the idle of the car is still abnormally low.

Anyone know why my car is acting this way? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I baby my car to the fullest extent and hate to see it doing such things...

Thanks!

Well my max is also idling at 500 but I got a check engine code for the IACV. i checked the resistances in the IACV (where they are all supposed to be at around 30 Ohms) and one of them doesn't read any resistance at all.

So this confirms I have to change my IACV. Anyone knows where in the web I can find this at a good price?

Well I got the BG fuel cleaning done and after that I got a multiple cylinder misfire which was just a pending code but somehow if fuked up my knock sensor....I told the dealership and they said it could have just been a coincidence....RIGHT.

Anyways i have 108000 so i need a new knock anyways......
