EGR how to anyone have info??

I have a 95 se 5 speed and have a cel 03-02 egr code. Is this something that can be cleaned or should i replace it? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks to all.

take the EGR valve off, hose it out with WD40 while working the diaphragm up and down. Hopefully that will free up the valve and solve your problem. If not, replace it.
