will a budget y pipe pass MA emissions?
I am thinking about putting a budget y pipe on an otherwise stock exhaust, will i still be able to pass MA emmissions?

yes, it will pass. Just have your car warmed up (at least 30-45 mins) before it gets the emissions test.

Do you have to do this for every y-pipe?? In colorado they shut off ur car and then start it.....
