Camber kit necessary with S-techs?

I'm planning on lowering my 96 with a set of S-techs and Illuminas. Will I need a camber kit? If so, which one would you recommend?

I don't actually know (I don't pay that much attention to the specifics of really low drops), but by the "lower than 2 inches" rule s-techs would require a camber kit.

I heard the real drop on S-techs is closer to 1.8" rather than 2.2/1.8

I have heard that anything over like 1.5" you have to use a camber kit.
I don't know that for sure though.
