Need help changing motor for power window

Hi,
my friend recently bought a 95 Maxima, and the power window doesn't work. after bringing it to the dealer, and getting ripped off already for a basic engine tune-up cost $400, they said changing the window motor and installation would cost $150 (they originally said 250 but said b/c they're nice they would lower it). i've been looking thru the how-to's and didn't find anything on it.
could someone help me?

yea invest in a $16 chilton or haynes manual and it will pay for itself the first time you use it.

Its really not that hard at all. The hardest part is getting the interior door cover off without breakin your door handle. After that Haynes is pretty good for showing you have to remove your window. Removing the motor and regulator is cake after you get everything out of the way.
I would suggest getting the haynes manual and then ask questions...

its an understandable question, its just that it's probably easier to look at the pictures and stuff in the repair manual than it is to get it explained.
