write up:rear window switch led replacement *pics*
Did my rear window switch led replacement tonight and thought id be nice and do a write up. it looks great, better than that green factory crap.

So you just pretty muched ripped-off the write up that was posted years ago? Well, almost. The first one had the LED "condoms" clipped. If you didn't see the other one sorry for the accusation.

I found an easier way of doing the rears.
i am not that good at unsoldering or i do not like to try so with the board out it hooked it up on the car. The led is a weird square led with 4 solder points on each corner. i took another led and tried to see whihc poles were teh negitive and postive that way i could just leave the old led on there and solder the new one on.
i found them. i thik the pic below is correct but you might want to try to make sure.
i did one this way and one the other way and i found just leaving the old one in is much easier. when yoput the new on the old one does nto light up anymore.
