knock sensor resistance

i just checked my KS resistance, and it was .5 M OHMS, YES i cleaned my engine bay. I got the CEL code, so i pulled it to check the resistance and the haynes manual says it should show "continuity" . My question is, is that low, could it still be bad. I also need to know the resistance of the coil packs, the ohm meter bounce back and fourth between infinite resistance and 0.223 on 3 packs, and the other 3 were liek 26.5 etc. etc...i really need someone to shed some light for me..thanks in advance,

500k or .5m is seems correct for KS resistance...I wouldnt know about the coil packs..don't worry fellow org'r will jump in and let you know.
