Antena Help?

Hey everyone. I have a question about my Antenna. My aftermarket radio doesnt have a relay to stop the antenna from comming up when I turn the car on. I NEVER listen to the radio at all, ALWAYS CD's! Is there a way that I can unplug the antenna from comming up at all? Because scince I listen to cds all the time, and never the radio, the antenna always comes up and it looks like crap honestly. I might eventually just have it shaved off the car.

But For now is there a plug somewhere or does the antenna have its own fuse that I can just take out or something to stop it from comming up? It stays up even when I have my CDs in and it looks like crap lol. If anyone can help, it would be great! Thanks

Nick

If you really only use CDs, you can just unplug the antenna. Just reach into the quarter panel on the passenger side and unplug the wires going into the antenna motor.

You make it sound like radio stations don't play the same damn songs over and over again...

The quarter-panel is that back panel that the antenna comes out of. If you want to fix it you could take the motor apart and take out the old antenna (prob broken). normally you wouldn't have to take it apart to replace the antenna, but since your's doesn't come up you probably will.
